Fitness at Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club is a way of life—and the Tennis & Fitness Center makes that easy. With over 11,000 square feet of space devoted to getting and staying fit, there’s something here for everyone. State-of-the-art machines to help build lean muscle or cardio fitness. More than 35 group exercise classes on offer as well as a Pilates studio, yoga and spinning room and private areas for stretching and cool-down exercises.
