Mike Hickey brings more than a decade of real estate experience in Vero Beach and Indian River County to his role as Managing Broker of Orchid Island Realty. A licensed real estate professional since 2014 and a Broker for more than six years, Mike has represented buyers and sellers throughout the area’s luxury market while also owning and leading an independent brokerage. Mike holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation with Guild recognition, along with the GRI and ABR® designations. His background includes experience with leading luxury real estate organizations and a strong understanding of the Vero Beach market. Originally from Yarmouth, Maine, Mike has called Vero Beach home since 2014. A graduate of Susquehanna University, he brings an analytical, service-focused approach to real estate. Outside of work, Mike is an avid tennis player and former collegiate player and team captain who also enjoys golf. He and his wife, Delaney, recently welcomed their daughter, Riley, and enjoy life in Vero Beach with their two miniature Australian Shepherds.

Amanda has been part of the Orchid Island Realty team since 2020, bringing more than a decade of real estate experience and a strong background in marketing and sales. Her in-depth knowledge of Orchid Island’s homes, market activity, and community gives buyers and sellers valuable insight as they navigate their real estate decisions. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach, Amanda is committed to making every experience seamless, informed, and personalized. Originally from Pennsylvania, Amanda has called Vero Beach home since 2014 and has developed a deep appreciation for the area and its coastal lifestyle. She and her husband share a blended family of four children, and family remains an important part of her life. Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys fitness, spending time outdoors, and making the most of everything the Vero Beach community has to offer.

Marci Arnold brings more than two decades of experience at Orchid Island to her role with Orchid Island Realty. She began her career at Orchid in 2002 and, as the Club’s longtime Membership Director, built trusted relationships throughout the community while developing an insider’s understanding of the lifestyle and qualities that make Orchid Island so distinctive. Originally from Michigan, Marci is a graduate of Michigan State University and has called the Vero Beach area home for many years. Her community involvement includes serving as Past President of the Junior League of Indian River County and supporting organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Orchid Outreach. Today, Marci combines her extensive knowledge of Orchid Island with a service-focused approach to help clients navigate the community’s real estate market with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys entertaining, boating, biking with her husband, Gregg, and visiting family.
